　　The safety valve’s design margin for its maximum working pressure is too small. For medical devices, the set pressure of the safety valve is ≤0.23 MPa, yet the valve’s maximum working pressure is only 0.24 MPa. As the equipment is used over time, this pressure often needs to be adjusted to the maximum working pressure of 0.24 MPa. However, the design pressure specified in the equipment’s drawings is 0.23 MPa, and during annual inspections, the Quality Supervision Bureau does not permit the pressure to exceed this value.
