Ventilated sterilizers are primarily suited for the sterilization of various heat‑resistant soft‑packaged products—including liquids packaged in PVC or non‑PVC materials—plastic ampoules, sterile wipes, pre‑filled syringes, and similar items. This equipment employs a combined pressure‑steam and air sterilization process, with a forced‑convection fan and airflow‑directing baffles that ensure uniform mixing of unsaturated steam throughout the chamber, thereby guaranteeing consistent sterilization temperatures.
