Purpose

The vertical water‑bath sterilizer is an advanced sterilization device designed for research and development as well as small‑batch production. It employs high‑temperature superheated water‑spray technology to provide safe and efficient sterilization of liquid pharmaceuticals in vials, ampoules, plastic bottles, and flexible plastic bags.
The equipment achieves uniform heating through circulating sprays of high‑temperature superheated water and is equipped with an intelligent computer control system that automatically calculates the F0 value and continuously monitors the sterilization process. Upon completion of sterilization, indirect cooling technology is employed to rapidly reduce the temperature, thereby mitigating the risk of vial rupture associated with direct cooling.

Performance and Features

♦ Utilizes superheated water circulation spray technology, achieving temperature uniformity within ±1°C to ensure consistent heating of sterilized items.
♦ 7-inch color touchscreen + PLC control, providing real-time display of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time, with support for automatic F0 value calculation.
♦ The built-in data logger continuously records sterilization data, supports data export and real-time printing, and complies with GMP requirements.
♦ Indirect cooling technology ensures rapid temperature reduction, preventing vial rupture.
♦ Purified water within the chamber is recyclable, with a single cycle lasting ≤90 minutes, thereby reducing operating costs.
♦ Multiple safety features, including automatic overpressure relief, leakage protection, and door interlocks, ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
