Use

This sterilizer employs saturated steam under pressure to sterilize items, utilizing a pulsed vacuum exhaust method to eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature. Finally, vacuum drying combined with jacketed heating ensures thorough drying of the articles. By leveraging the physical property of saturated steam—its ability to release substantial latent heat upon condensation—the sterilized items are subjected to high temperature and humidity. After a specified exposure time, all bacteria and spores within the materials are inactivated, achieving the desired sterilization effect. It is primarily used in hospitals, chemical industries, food processing facilities, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and other organizations for the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments, dressings, pharmaceuticals, culture media, food products, and more.

♦ Features triple or higher‑level pulsating vacuum, suitable for a wide range of instruments—packaged, unpackaged, hollow and porous, as well as those with internal lumens.
♦ The sterilizer is equipped with a built-in steam generator and comes with one set of portable sterilization trays.
♦ The sterilizer’s inner chamber features a circular, double‑layer design, consisting of a sterilization chamber and a jacket, and includes a deep‑drying function.
♦ Equipped with a printing function, the printer can record the entire sterilization process.
♦ Equipped with Bowie & Dick testing functionality for steam penetration verification.
♦ Automatic fault detection for convenient self-maintenance.
♦ Equipped with automatic over-temperature and over-pressure protection devices.
♦ Safety interlock system: Steam cannot enter the inner chamber when the door is not fully closed, and an alarm will sound. When the pressure inside the sterilization chamber exceeds 0.027 MPa, the door is locked and cannot be opened.
♦ Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically vents to provide protection.
♦ Low-water-level protection device: The unit cannot start until the water level reaches the high‑water mark, and it automatically shuts off power when the water level drops too low.
♦ Overcurrent protection: When an overcurrent occurs, the power circuit breaker automatically disconnects the power supply.
♦ Sealed door: Manually operated, featuring a rotary‑bar turnstile design, equipped with dual‑stage self‑locking and interlock safety devices; available as a single door (with an optional double‑door configuration), and fitted with a pressure‑safety interlock.
♦The sterilization chamber is constructed from high-quality stainless steel.
