The manual flip-top vertical steam sterilizer has an advanced design and is safe and reliable. It is mainly used in hospitals of all levels,health clinics, laboratories and testing departments to sterilize various medical devices, utensils, dressings, surgical gowns, culture media, liquids,and other articles to prevent cross-infection.

Characteristics

♦ Automatic flip-top design,one-key operation to open and close the cover,more efficient and prevent the infection.
♦ (Optional) After sterilization,the heat source air can be turned on for drying to improve the drying efficiency of sterilized items.
♦ (Optional) An external vacuum pump can be connected.Once connected with the vacuum pump, it can become a sterilizer with pulsating vacuum function, and users can switch freely.
♦ 7" LCD touch screen. Android operating system support the remote control (optional).
♦ The whole process of water inlet,(vacuum), heat, sterilization, drainage, steam discharge, and (drying) is proceed automatically.
♦ Reservation function:The date, year,month, day, hour and minute can be set.
♦ With multiple build-in programs.Users can select the correspondingprogram according to the sterilized items, and there is also a user-defined program for the option.
♦ 0.22 μm high-efficiency air filter ensures the incoming air is sterile and avoids recontamination.
♦ Steam-water inner circulation system: No steam discharge out, it ensures a clean and dry environment.
♦ Standard PT/TT test port is convenient to carry out the future testing.
♦ Chamber material: SUS304 stainless steel made,with double-layer stainless steel mesh baskets.
♦ Temperature and pressure: Maximum working temperature: 138C, Design pressure 0.3Mpa, Design temperature:150℃.
♦ Time range: Sterilization time: 1-9999 minutes, Melting time: 1-9999 minutes,Preservation time: 1-9999 minutes, Timer preset range: 0-6 days delay.
♦ USB storage function: the USB port is provided, so the sterilizing data can be stored conveniently to be viewed and traced.
♦ GMP-compliant authority management and data storage:with more than three levels of password authority control,each level has an independent password, it can memorize and store 100 sterilization cycles and support expandable storage.
♦ Safety protection devices:Electric multiple internal locks,ld-close safety inspection system,automatic failure detection system,over-temperature protection, water lack protection, over-voltage protection,leakage protection, over-current and short-circuit protection.
