Use

This horizontal pressure sterilizer employs a gravity displacement method to remove cold air from the chamber, minimizing residual steam and cold air and ensuring more reliable sterilization. During the sterilization cycle, the control system automatically adjusts steam inlet and exhaust based on chamber temperature. It is primarily suited for hospital central supply departments, operating rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and research laboratory settings, where it is used to sterilize medical and experimental textiles, surgical instruments, and other equipment.

Characteristics

♦ Automatic control of the sterilization process, requiring no supervision and offering convenient operation.
♦ Equipped with a drying function, it ensures thorough drying of sterilized items.
♦ Equipped with automatic over-temperature and over-pressure protection devices.
♦ Safety interlock system: Steam cannot enter the inner chamber when the door is not fully closed, and an alarm will sound. When the pressure inside the sterilization chamber exceeds 0.027 MPa, the door is locked and cannot be opened.
♦ Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the operating pressure, the safety valve automatically vents to provide protection.
♦ Low-water-level protection device: The unit cannot start until the water level reaches the high‑water mark, and it automatically shuts off power when the water level drops below the low‑water threshold.
♦ Overcurrent protection: When an overcurrent occurs, the power circuit breaker automatically disconnects the power supply.
♦ The entire machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel.
♦ With printing functionality.
♦ The sealing door cannot be started unless it is closed; once the program is initiated and running, the sealing door is locked and cannot be opened, ensuring operational safety.
