In this series, the traditional Chinese medicine sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. Leveraging the physical property of saturated steam to release substantial latent heat upon condensation and its strong penetrating power, it achieves sterilization through a sustained holding period. The sterilizer can be equipped with a coil‑type drying system to prevent powder caking and deliver excellent drying performance. It is suitable for the sterilization and drying of spices, traditional Chinese medicine powders, medicinal materials, and similar products.

Performance Features

1. Movable door structure, with a detachable gear block design; the motor drives vertical lifting and lowering.
2. Double-door pass-through type, featuring a pressure safety interlock; the liquid‑handling program includes a temperature‑gate safety interlock, with the two doors interlocked.
3. The inflation‑pressure‑driven sealing ring provides automatic sealing. Featuring a new, high‑quality, highly tear‑resistant silicone rubber material, the circular hollow door seal boasts a specially coated surface that is wear‑resistant and smooth, delivering superior sealing performance and an extended service life of up to 1,500 cycles.
4. The main structure features a rectangular cross-section and an欧式 (European-style) annular reinforcing rib‑clad configuration. The sealing groove is welded directly to the annular cladding at both ends (GETINGE design).
5. Control System: Equipped with an imported Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC) and a color touchscreen, the system features fully automated process control and automatically displays operating parameters such as status, temperature, pressure, and time.
6. Air filter: Filtration accuracy ≤ 0.22 μm, with a bacterial removal rate of 99.97%.
7. Equipped with sterilization procedures for traditional Chinese medicines, as well as testing protocols such as BD testing and vacuum leak testing.
8. Equipped with a built-in microprinter, it can print process data in real time, recording the sterilization cycle’s temperature, pressure, duration, process stage, set parameters, and alarm information.
9. The inner chamber can be equipped with an independent steam-inlet design, allowing steam to bypass the jacket. This prevents carbon steel in the jacket from contaminating sterilized items and avoids a drop in jacket pressure that could compromise drying performance.
10. Piping System: Stainless steel sanitary-grade piping with clamp‑type connections; all welds are executed using automated pipe welding equipment. The primary control valves are imported German GEMÜ angle‑seat valves and Taiwanese Airtac solenoid valves, while the vacuum pump is an imported German SPECK direct‑drive liquid-ring type.
11. (Optional) Water-saving and noise-reduction system, which can reduce the vacuum pump’s circulating water consumption by 30% and lower its operating noise.
12. (Optional) Automatic condensate drainage system: both the jacket and the inner chamber are equipped with automatically controlled condensate drains, which continuously monitor jacket and chamber temperature and pressure and perform automatic drainage to maintain steam saturation.
13. (Optional) Equipped with an automatic drainage temperature control system, ensuring the drainage temperature does not exceed 55°C.
14. (Optional) Traceability System: Equipped with a communication interface for connection to the Central Sterile Supply Department’s quality traceability system, and provides a software communication protocol for interfacing with the traceability system.
15. (Optional) Intelligent Maintenance and Servicing System: Equipped with a remote monitoring and maintenance module, it enables remote monitoring of equipment operation and remote software upgrades.
