Upon activation, the annular unit emits ultraviolet light to disinfect the towel. At the same time, under the influence of an electromagnetic field, the hook rapidly moves vertically up and down along the wall, ensuring that the entire surface of the towel is exposed to the UV light for thorough treatment. In addition, the high-speed black fan ring on the inner perimeter efficiently removes moisture from the towel.
