This instrument is a low-temperature washer that dissolves medicinal powder in sterile water at 45–48°C, then uses a circulating pump to circulate the solution both inside the instruments and in the cleaning tray, ensuring thorough contact between the cleaning solution and the inner and outer surfaces of the cleaned instruments for a specified duration, thereby achieving complete disinfection of the instruments.

　　Subsequently, sterile water is pumped twice—first into the lumen of the endoscope and then through the cleaning tray—in a circulating wash cycle to remove any residual disinfectant from both the internal and external surfaces of the instrument. A vacuum pump is then used to evacuate all remaining water from the instrument; at a temperature of 60°C, this process can be completed in 20 minutes. Low-temperature processing causes minimal damage to endoscopic instruments and optical lenses, and the short duration makes it particularly suitable for hospitals with a limited number of surgical instruments that frequently perform consecutive procedures.
