During high-pressure operations, a microswitch continuously monitors the position of the pressure interlock mechanism; if an abnormal condition is detected, the system immediately shuts down to ensure safety.
　　The high-pressure vessel’s shell and internal chamber are both fabricated from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and corrosion. It is equipped with a pressure safety interlock and an over-temperature protection device. The high-pressure vessel comprises a vessel body, a vessel lid, an opening mechanism, locking wedges, a safety interlock, guide rails, a basket, steam nozzles, and several pipe connections.
　　The pot lid is sealed with an inflatable, high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber gasket, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life. It features a large heating surface, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time for liquids, and easy temperature control.
