1. Add water: Fill the container with clean water until it covers the heating element (approximately 3 liters). For continuous use, the water level must be replenished as needed.

　　2. Sealing: Place the items to be sealed evenly and in an orderly, staggered arrangement inside the barrel, then insert the barrel into the sealing chamber and close the top cover. Insert the steam vent hose into the semicircular groove on the barrel. After aligning the upper and lower grooves, tighten the wing nuts symmetrically until a tight seal is achieved (if air leakage occurs during use, simply continue tightening the nuts).

　　3. Heating: After powering on the heater, first set the vent valve lever to the vertical vent position to allow cold air to escape. Once steam begins to discharge, return the vent valve lever to its original position. When the pressure reaches the desired range, start timing according to the specific requirements for each item.

　　4. Drying: After sterilization, if instruments, dressings, glassware, and other items need to be dried, fully vent the internal steam by opening the steam release valve at the end of the sterilization cycle. Allow the pressure gauge to return to zero for 1–2 minutes, then open the lid and continue heating for an additional 10 minutes to achieve complete drying.

　　Precautions:

　　1. Before each disinfection, check the water level to prevent the heating element from overheating and damaging the cup.

　　2. Different items should be disinfected separately.

　　3. Regularly inspect the pressure gauge; if the pointer fails to return to zero or the readings are inaccurate, immediately shut off the heat source and have the gauge repaired or replaced promptly.

　　4. During work, personnel must remain on site.
