Ventilated sterilization cabinet
Ventilated sterilizers are primarily suited for the sterilization of various heat‑resistant soft‑packaged products—including liquids packaged in PVC or non‑PVC materials—plastic ampoules, sterile wipes, pre‑filled syringes, and similar items. This equipment employs a combined pressure‑steam and air sterilization process, with a forced‑convection fan and airflow‑directing baffles that ensure uniform mixing of unsaturated steam throughout the chamber, thereby guaranteeing consistent sterilization temperatures. It is widely used in the medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
Chinese patent medicine sterilizer
In this series, the traditional Chinese medicine sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. Leveraging the physical property of saturated steam to release substantial latent heat upon condensation and its strong penetrating power, it achieves sterilization through a sustained holding period. The sterilizer can be equipped with a coil‑type drying system to prevent powder caking and deliver excellent drying performance. It is suitable for the sterilization and drying of spices, traditional Chinese medicine powders, medicinal materials, and similar products.
(Ampoule Leak Testing) Water-Bath Sterilizer
(Ampoule Leak Testing) The water‑bath sterilizer employs internationally advanced high‑temperature superheated water shower technology, using high‑temperature deionized water as the sterilization medium. A circulation pump drives a continuous spray‑circulation within the sterilization chamber, ensuring uniform heating of liquid vials such as ampoules, vials, and tubular bottles. It offers a wide temperature control range and excellent temperature uniformity, effectively preventing secondary contamination during operation.
